Timothy Farr-Maccione, MBA - Founder & Executive Dir.
Tim is a visionary nonprofit leader and recovery advocate based in Rutland, Vermont. With an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a decade of lived experience in recovery, he founded Common Ground Recovery to model trauma-informed governance, transparent stewardship, and community-rooted healing. Tim oversees CGR’s strategic partnerships, branding, legal compliance, and public communications—ensuring every detail reflects dignity, clarity, and hope. His leadership blends operational precision with emotional intelligence, shaping CGR into a trusted resource for recovery communities across Vermont.

Katy Foote - Board member
Katy serves on the Board of Directors at Common Ground Recovery, bringing firsthand experience as a women’s recovery coach at the Turning Point Center of Rutland. With deep roots in Vermont’s recovery community and a trauma-informed approach to support, Katy helps guide CGR’s mission with compassion, clarity, and a commitment to empowering others.

Alex Lucci - CTO & Board Member
Serves dually as CGR’s CTO as well as a member of its Board of Directors, bringing lived experience, peer leadership, and a strong foundation in information technology. As a men’s recovery coach at the Turning Point Center of Rutland, Alex combines trauma-informed support with technical insight—helping CGR build systems and spaces that are both empowering and efficient. His dual expertise strengthens CGR’s mission to offer housing that heals and connects.

Kaylee Rankin - Board Member
Kaylee brings heart, structure, and deep community insight to her role on CGR’s Board of Directors. As House Director of the Women’s Dismas House in Rutland, she walks alongside women navigating reentry and recovery, fostering dignity through daily support and trauma-informed care. Her work reflects a grounded belief: healing happens in safe spaces, and accountability grows through connection.

Daniel Martin - Digital Outreach & Community Relations Liaison
Daniel brings lived experience in recovery and a deep understanding of sober living environments to his volunteer role at Common Ground Recovery. As Digital Outreach & Community Relations Liaison, Dan has played a foundational part in developing CGR’s website and expanding its digital footprint. He actively shares CGR’s message across the community, building relationships and fostering visibility for the organization’s mission of healing, dignity, and hope.
Currently pursuing his business education at the Community College of Vermont, Dan combines practical insight with a growing knowledge of nonprofit operations. Dan’s ongoing commitment to the organization’s early development and public outreach have been instrumental in CGR finding its footing in the early days of its operations.
